At Parabox Games Ltd, we strive to provide our customers with efficient and reliable shipping options. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure you understand our delivery processes and options.

Where do we Deliver?

We do not currently offer delivery to locations outside the UK. All the statements below apply to mainland UK delivery with the exception of the Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, where delivery times may be slightly longer. 

Free Delivery

• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders over £100.

Delivery Schedule

• Next Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays), qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after 3 pm or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that once orders have been dispatched, delivery times are subject to Royal Mail service levels and seasonal demand, which may result in delays outside of our control.

Delivery Options
All deliveries are made by Royal Mail and are fully tracked. You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email via the Royal Mail website.

1. Tracked 24 (Royal Mail) - £5.99

• Delivery Time: Next Day
     
• Details: This service provides full tracking information. While delivery usually occurs within 1 working day, this is not guaranteed, and delays may occur. If your order is more than 2 days late, we recommend checking with your local sorting office or neighbours.
  

2. Tracked 48 (Royal Mail) - £4.99

• Delivery Time: 2 working days.
     
• Details: This service provides full tracking information. Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 working days, but this is not guaranteed. If your order is more than 2 days late, please check with your local sorting office or neighbours.

Safe Place Delivery
If you're not home when the delivery driver arrives, your parcel may be left with a neighbour or in a 'safe place' as specified during checkout. Please ensure that you provide a secure and accessible 'safe place' to prevent any loss or theft of goods. This can be done via the Royal Mail website using the Tracking Number provided. The responsibility for the security of the delivered goods in the designated 'safe place' lies with the customer.

Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy, which can be found here

Delayed or Missing Deliveries
While we strive to meet the delivery times provided, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your delivery is delayed beyond the specified timeframe, we advise you to check with your local sorting office or neighbours. If you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
