Buying for a child?
Check the age mark on the box. It is printed on the packaging, so look before buying for a young child.
A starter deck is the first buy. A starter deck is ready to play out of the box. Booster packs on their own are not a playable deck.
The booster box is the collector's buy. Pull rates are unpublished, so no box is promised to hold any particular Legend Rare or parallel.
Duplicates are normal. Packs are random, so doubles of commons are expected.
